For those less experienced, but equally enthusiastic about wine, No.7 Healesville provides the opportunity to get involved with the winemaking process through it's Coterie Vintage Membership. 

This innovative and interactive membership is a fusion of food, wine, new friends and good times over a series of unique sessions. No winemaking experience necessary - just a love for wine and making friends! 
Coterie Vintage Membership Includes:
2 Winemaking Workshops: 'Socks Off for Vintage' and 'Bottle it in'

Mid-Year Barrel Tasting Afternoon to discuss the wine's development 

Free access to our wine evenings throughout the year- learn from wine industry leaders.

A seat at our ‘Uncorked’ wine dinner (includes food & wine).

Receive 6 bottles of your finished wine on the night of the Uncorked Dinner. (RRP $180)
About Each Session:

Mid-March, 2020 - Exact Date TBC
This afternoon begins with an informative tour of the vineyard with our Head Winemaker Damian North to learn about terroir, viticulture and harvesting techniques before heading back to No.7 where we'll be getting our socks off!

There'll be lots of grape stomping, juice between the toes and tall stories before it's all pressed in our state of the art Scharfenberger p20 press. Watch your grapes continue their journey through the press and settle into selected oak barrels where they will blissfully wait until bottling!

Early August, 2020 - Exact Date TBC

Join us for the mid-year barrel tasting afternoon at No.7 to assess the development of the wine with our Head Winemaker Damian North.

The No.7 Wine Bar & Restaurant will be open for those wanting a bite to eat after the tasting - a perfect excuse to catch up with those new wine friends you made at vintage!

Late November, 2020 - Exact Date TBC
Participation in the bottling and labeling process of your wine. A morning of barrel to bottle satisfaction! 


Early December, 2020 - Exact Date TBC
Our chefs will produce an amazing dinner accompanied by the wine you’ve helped produce to celebrate the year that was! 
Please note that the finer details of each session will be sent to you in the week prior to each session. Your session dates are the best estimate as of today but please be aware that winemaking is full of variables, so there is a chance these dates could change.
