N.C. State looks for payback in First Four matchup with Texas

March Madness tips off with the First Four, and Tuesday's late game features a rematch between N.C. State and Texas.

Quadir Copeland led N.C. State in that one with 28 points and six assists. Jordan Pope matched him with 28 points for Texas (18-14), which shot five more free throws and made eight more than the Wolfpack in that matchup.
Statistically, the teams seem similar. NC State averages 83.7 points per game and has outscored opponents by 7.2 points per game. The Longhorns average 83.8 points per game while outscoring opponents by 7.0 points per game.
Both teams have struggled down the stretch. The Wolfpack is just 3-7 in their last 10 games, while the Longhorns have gone 5-5.
